Part-Time Receptionist – Afternoon Shift

At Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Red Lion, we are looking for a  Part Time Receptionist to join our team. Your job is the first voice customers hear and the first impression they get of our dealership. You'll handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain a neat and clean showroom during your 2–7 pm shift. This role is critical to our customer experience and dealership operations—you'll directly impact how guests perceive our business and help our sales and service teams close deals and keep customers happy.

Responsibilities

• Answer and professionally route incoming phone calls; take detailed messages and pass information to appropriate departments
• Greet customers as they arrive, and direct them to the correct department or salesperson
• Manage the front office area—keep waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support sales and service teams by providing accurate customer information and follow-up support

Requirements

• Must be available 2–7 pm Monday-Friday
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Professional, friendly demeanor and genuine interest in customer service
• Comfortable learning and using basic computer programs
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
