Location: Franklin, KY
Salary: $32 - $45 per hour flat rate, based on experience ($85,000 - $120,000 annual potential)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, tune-ups, and more
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using modern diagnostic tools
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems
- Communicate effectively with customers about services and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Automotive Technology certification (ASE) is a plus
