ICU Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care related to intensive care units, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document clinical information accurately and timely.
• Respond rapidly to emergency situations and adjust care accordingly.
• Float to PCU as needed and support various critical care units.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Massachusetts RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of current Critical Care experience.
• Willing to float between units; flexibility required.
• Have current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with Meditech Expanse preferred.
• Complete NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is required.
