Manage Projects That Make an Impact We're seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with the expertise and leadership to drive success on complex builds. What You'll Do Oversee multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop schedules, budgets, and risk‑management plans to ensure project success. Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners. Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and cost tracking. Ensure compliance with codes, safety requirements, and company standards. Report progress to leadership with transparency and accountability. What You Bring Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 5-20+ years of progressive commercial construction experience. Proven success managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Office Suite.
