We are seeking an Entry-Level Part-Time Clerk to join our growing multi-state law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional legal environment while working with a supportive, collaborative team.
Our firm values internal promotion and maintains a casual, collegial workplace culture . New hires participate in a hands-on training program designed to quickly familiarize you with our systems and processes.
We also offer monthly employee development sessions to help you continue building your skills and knowledge. Our team is committed to supporting staff in their professional growth and long-term success .
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Processing incoming client account documents and court correspondence
- Entering and maintaining information in the firm’s software system
- Printing and assembling legal documents for court filing
- Communicating with various courts by phone and email
- Working closely with attorneys both within and outside the firm
- Assisting the department manager in meeting daily operational goals
- Performing additional administrative and clerical duties as needed
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in standard office procedures and basic computer skills
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
- Keen attention to detail with solid critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently while following established policies
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Highly motivated, positive team player with a collaborative mindset
Work Hours & Benefits:
