Responsibilities Prepare and room patients, recording vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints Assist physicians and providers with clinical procedures and pain management treatments Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR/EHR systems Prepare exam rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and stocking of medical supplies Coordinate lab work, referrals, and medication prior authorizations as needed Assist with patient and pharmacy calls Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish required, both written and verbal Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred Previous back office or clinical medical assistant experience required Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty care is a plus Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and medical documentation Strong phlebotomy and injection administration skills Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting About Us Velazquez Pain Relief Center is a trusted provider of comprehensive pain management solutions serving the Las Vegas, NV community.
