ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do
- Start your day with an energizing Daily Team Huddle.
- Handle calls from potential clients and provide tailored insurance quotes.
- Follow up with prospects and try to complete sales.
- Ensure that every client has an amazing experience by being positive, attentive, and helpful.
- Continue to develop your sales skills and industry knowledge through our in house training.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
