Project Accountant

Responsibilities Perform accounting duties throughout the project lifecycle, including job setup, preparing customer invoices, issuing purchase orders to subcontractors, and posting costs to jobs Prepare and review monthly job cost reports, reclassifying charges and invoices as needed for project management Collaborate with project managers to update job forecasting Prepare monthly work-in-progress (WIP) reports for management Manage certified payroll reporting Support project billing, including issuing AIA billings, tracking payments, and managing change orders Participate in project meetings, providing accounting insights and guidance Qualifications BA in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent construction accounting experience 2+ years experience as a project accountant Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self‑motivated, self‑starter and able to jump right in Collaborative with a team player mindset This is an on site position and requires applicants to be local to the Arizona area. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Keller Group
