Apply if you meet this criteria: 3-4+ years of Project Accounting background (ideally within real estate but not required) Good understanding of Construction projects (Loan Draws, Job costing, tracking projects, AP/AR, tracking preliminary notices, etc.) Yardi software experience is highly sought after (but not required) Having exposure to commercial properties is a big plus but not required Please note: Applicants will be required to work on-site on a full time basis.
