About us We are a commercial real estate company that manages, develops and invests in industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial real estate. We have developed over 20 million square feet of projects with a value of more than $1.2 billion across the Southwest. If you are a Project Accountant with 3+ years working for either a RE Developer or a General Contractor, please continue to read on and apply! Why join us? We are continuing to grow! There is room to grow and become a bigger part of the organization in a relatively short amount of time. Job Details Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria: 3-4+ years of Project Accounting background (ideally within real estate but not required) Good understanding of Construction projects (Loan Draws, Job costing, tracking projects, AP/AR, tracking preliminary notices, etc.) Yardi software experience is highly sought after (but not required) Having exposure to commercial properties is a big plus but not required Please note: Applicants will be required to work on-site on a full time basis.
