Job Description: As a Dietary Aide at Jonesboro Center for Nursing and Healing ALF, you play a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities include: Meal Preparation: Skillfully prepare meals, snacks, and beverages according to specific dietary guidelines. Food Service: Safely and hygienically serve meals, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of kitchen supplies and food items. Facility Support: Assist in setting up and tidying dining areas, contributing to kitchen maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness throughout.
