- Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Workday and other tools
- Track and analyze workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, and hiring trends
- Develop executivelevel reporting and standardized reporting packages
- Translate data into insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders
- Support HR data governance, system optimization, and audit readiness initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights
- Experience building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
- Experience developing HR metrics and workforce analytics frameworks
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel reporting
- Experience supporting data governance, SOX controls, or audit processes
- Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- No security clearance required
- Position requires frequent sitting and occasional standing or walking
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally
