Job Overview: This role is essential for acquiring new business customers within targeted enterprise and strategic accounts with decentralized purchasing models. It involves prospecting sales leads, conducting discovery conversations, and promoting relevant products and services to potential customers. The role requires managing business verification, credit underwriting, customer protection reviews, and coordinating with fraud teams. Success is measured by meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas through effective customer acquisition and account management. The work impacts organizational growth by expanding the customer base and supporting post-sale customer needs throughout account ownership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in daily customer communication and follow-up to generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Conduct research to understand customer needs and tailor product and service messaging accordingly
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal development to order finalization
• Complete required training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
• Manage business verification, credit underwriting, customer protection, and collaborate with fraud teams to ensure compliance
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 2-4 years Inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position (Preferred)
• Less than 2 years Customer service, sales and/or retention (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $60,894 - $109,848, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $42,626 - $76,894 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
