Your Impact at SAM The Junior Proposal Coordinator provides essential support to the entire Proposal Team by managing project closeout tasks, organizing proposal materials, and maintaining accurate project and personnel documentation. This role helps build and sustain the proposal library by collecting project descriptions, client references, graphics, and other key assets from teams across the region. The Junior Proposal Coordinator will assist with resume management, ensuring key staff resumes and onboarding materials remain current and properly formatted. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow‑through, the Junior Proposal Coordinator helps streamline proposal development and strengthens the team’s ability to respond quickly and competitively to RFP/Qs.
