Job Description Lead ground‑up data center and mission‑critical construction from precon through turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams supporting MEP‑intensive scopes Enforce strict safety, QA/QC, and commissioning standards across all sites Track schedules, logistics, and costs, adjusting to maintain aggressive delivery timelines Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders regularly Proactively resolve field issues, delays, and constructability challenges Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural, structural, and MEP plans Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and as‑built records MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
