This role moves beyond daily supervision to focus on high‑level project strategy, safety culture, financial profitability, and the long‑term development of the project team. Key Responsibilities Large‑scale oversight: manage complex projects exceeding $100M, ensuring they are built safely, ethically, and profitably. Strategic planning: lead the planning, coordinating, and sequencing of work, including base building concrete, shell, interiors, CSA, and MEP systems. Safety leadership: partner with the Safety Committee to establish site‑wide policies, amend safety plans, and ensure a strictly injury‑free environment. Financial & budgetary management: keep the project within budget while adhering to strict quality standards; oversee material procurement and vendor contracts. Mentorship & growth: act as a mentor to the project team, focusing on individual staff development and recruiting new talent to build a high‑performing field team. Commissioning & closeout: drive the project through the final technical phases, including commissioning and formal project closeout. Requirements Bachelor's Degree. 3‑5+ years of superintendent experience over large data center construction projects or Mission Critical facilities. Expert‑level knowledge in all construction aspects (Concrete, Shell, MEP, and Commissioning). Executive communication: interact professionally with all levels—from field craft labor and subcontractors to management and clients. Decision‑making: proactive, self‑motivated leader who can make critical decisions under pressure to maintain schedule and budget.
