Accountant

Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Process high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely approval Execute payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) in accordance with company policies Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Monitor aging reports to ensure timely payments and avoid disruptions Assist with expense report processing and compliance Accounts Receivable (AR) Generate and distribute customer invoices based on contracts or services rendered Post and apply cash receipts accurately and timely Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances Partner with internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues Maintain accurate customer account records General Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Reconcile AP and AR sub-ledgers and investigate discrepancies Support reporting needs related to payables and receivables activity Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and external stakeholders Identify opportunities for process improvements within AP/AR workflows Requirements Deltek Costpoint experience AP and AR experience Experience in a similar role, or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
