Maintenance TechnicianWinvian, a Relais & Chateaux luxury resort in the Litchfield Hills, is seeking a reliable and skilled full-time Maintenance Technician to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our unique property. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of tasks.What You'll DoPerform general maintenance and repairs across guest cottages, facilities, and groundsComplete routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systemsHandle painting, minor carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical tasksOperate landscaping and maintenance equipment (mowers, tractors, power tools)Assist with seasonal property upkeep, including grounds care and snow removalRespond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerIdentify and report safety hazards or repair needsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentWork collaboratively with team members to support overall property operationsBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) with Employer MatchBeautiful work environmentStarting pay is $22.00/hourRequirementsMust be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 75+ lbsPrevious maintenance or facilities experience requiredExperience with painting and power equipment preferredBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plusStrong work ethic and "can-do" attitudeTeam player with the ability to work independentlyFlexible schedule- weekends and some holidays required
