Resident Care Manager (LPN) — Lead Nursing & Care Plans

Alaska Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tacoma, WA seeks a Resident Care Manager (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. Develops a plan of care for residents by evaluating and assessing the resident's complete needs. Will arrange and coordinate all services to ensure residents' plan is met while reevaluating and adjusting care to maintain health, safety and wellbeing.
