Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position available in a healthcare facility setting. This full-time role involves providing specialized patient care in the emergency department, ensuring quality and efficient treatment for a diverse patient population. The RN will coordinate and implement patient care activities, demonstrate clinical expertise, and support the organization's standards of care during scheduled shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license; BLS Certification from American Heart Association (AHA); ACLS Certification from AHA; PALS Certification from AHA; TNCC Certification or ATCN Certification; graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program; knowledge suitable to the patient population served; at least 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: CPI/De-Escalation Certification.
• Additional Information: The RN may assist during low census by floating between locations as needed. Experience and certifications will be evaluated for potential promotion to higher clinical ladder levels, based on relevant experience, additional education, and professional certifications. Responsibilities include initial patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, performing point-of-care testing, and participating in patient discharge planning.
