**Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist - Join Our Dynamic Team!** **Job Description:** * **Position:** Physical Therapist - OP-DAYS * **Schedule:** Full Time, Monday to Friday * **Shift Time:** 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM * **Start Date:** ASAP ### Key Responsibilities: * Assess and treat neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems using physical and mechanical means. * Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans of care for patients. * Collaborate with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary team. * Verify physician orders and evaluate each patient's condition before treatments. * Administer and oversee a variety of treatment modalities including therapeutic exercises, ultrasound, and functional mobility training. * Maintain consistent communication with referring physicians about patient progress. * Assemble and explain home exercise programs, ensuring patient comprehension. * Direct and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Assistants. * Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, ensuring documentation aligns with practice standards. * Contribute to quality assurance measures and participate in performance improvement activities. * Engage in continuing education to maintain professional competence and licensure. * Ensure productivity standards are met while delivering exceptional care. ### Requirements: * **Education:** Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, or Associates Degree in Physical Therapy. * **Experience:** Strong skills in assessment/evaluation, decision-making, and time management.
