## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a medical office setting.
## Duties
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed
- Familiarity with medical terminology, and computer software programs
## Requirements
- Prior experience working in a medical office preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in using front desk software systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
