This role will work closely with the Controller and Accounts Payable team, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and special projects within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger activity Perform month-end and year-end close responsibilities Support GAAP-compliant accounting and financial reporting processes Analyze financial data and assist with ad hoc reporting requests Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operational departments Work across multiple accounting and operational systems to gather and validate financial information Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles Experience preparing and posting journal entries #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
