Medical Assistant – Arlington, WAFull-Time | Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PMPay: $21–$23/hour (DOE)Mt. Baker Pain Clinic – Arlington is looking for a dependable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and want to play a meaningful role in helping patients feel better, we'd love to connect with you.About the Role:You'll work closely with providers and fellow team members to ensure patients receive attentive, efficient care from check-in through follow-up. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building patient relationships while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.What You'll Be Doing:Assist providers during patient visits, exams, and proceduresHandle patient intake, rooming, and documentationSupport medication coordination and triage communicationProvide pre- and post-procedure support and educationHelp maintain clinic flow and a positive patient experienceWhat You Bring:2+ years of experience as a CMA or CNA (preferred)Willingness to obtain MA-R certification if not already licensedPrevious experience in pain management or a specialty clinic is a plusStrong communication skills and a team-first attitudeAbility to float between Arlington and Burlington locations as neededWhat We Offer:$21–$23/hour, depending on experienceMedical benefits and full benefits packagePaid time offA supportive team environment where your work mattersReady to make an impact?Join a team that's dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love.
