Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial discussions to successful placement.
• Act as a Client Partner, deeply understanding their hiring requirements, challenges, and corporate culture.
• Employ Strategic Sourcing using our exclusive CRM/ATS, along with your network and tools including our innovative communication platform.
• Utilize Our Platform to manage candidates, keep track of outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that provide long-lasting value for clients and substantial commissions for you.
• Contribute to Industry Thought Leadership as we elevate our brand — and yours.
