Responsibilities:- Lead a team of restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive dining experience.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Train and mentor employees on best practices for customer service and restaurant operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on customer service and team management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions to address operational challenges.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple aspects of restaurant operations.
- Reliable and dedicated to upholding high standards of customer service in every interaction.
