Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be working asa Customer Service Representative for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Pay; $55,000-$60,000/Yr. High school diploma; Associates or Bachelors preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service preferably in manufacturing (Defense/aerospace ideal) Serve as primary point of contact for commercial or military clients - able to manage inquires, orders and support requests Able to handle RFQs, RFPs and contract review processes Coordinate with internal departments Monitor order status and communicate updates Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and MS office suite Knowledge of military standards is a plus - ITAR, AS9100, ISO 9001 #VIS
