Wood Insurance is looking for Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR to join their team in Lynn, MA.
Schedule: In- person Monday- Friday 9-5pm Details:- Experience not required, but preferred
- Supportive training provided
- Starting pay: $25/Hr.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving & collaboration skills
- Strong organization skills & detail oriented
- Work well in a fast pace environment
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Greet walk in clients and answer phone inquiries
- Resolve client's concerns and issues effectively & efficiently
- Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients
- Maintain complete and accurate files in our agency management system
- Process quotations, binders and endorsements for all client business
