Wayne Alarm Systems is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Account & Data Entry Specialist to support our Monitoring Center operation. This is an important role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, can manage multiple priorities when work volume increases, communicates professionally, and understands that being dependable and on time matters. This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys structured computer-based work, can stay focused in a busy environment, and likes being part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do Create and enter new customer and alarm accounts. Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and account information in our monitoring software. Process account changes and cancellations. Respond to database update requests and follow established procedures. Work with Sales, alarm dealers, and other departments to obtain or clarify information. Manage multiple requests and changing priorities during higher-volume periods. Complete account clean-up assignments and other database projects as needed. Learn and become comfortable working within new monitoring software. Protect confidential customer and company information. What We're Looking For Organized. You can keep track of multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities without losing important details. Accurate. You can perform detailed computer and database work consistently without sacrificing accuracy. Calm in a Busy Environment. You can stay focused even when the Monitoring Center and surrounding workspace are active and fast-paced. A Team Player. You can work independently while also communicating and collaborating effectively with others. Schedule and Attendance This is a full-time, onsite position supporting Candidates must be available for weekdays and weekends if needed. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing workloads. Strong customer-service mindset. Consistent, dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong typing skills are preferred. Previous data entry, administrative, customer account or alarm industry experience is helpful, but not required.
