What You'll Do
- Perform gross examinations and microscopic tissue analyses
- Evaluate surgical margins, tumor stages, and cytology specimens
- Conduct fine needle aspiration assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in tumor board meetings
- Verify diagnostic results and provide expert consultations on complex cases
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and policies
- Support laboratory operational tasks related to pathology services
What You Need
Required:
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted license in California
- Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (ABP)
- Minimum 5 years of independent practice experience
