This is an opportunity to meet challenges in mission critical operations by collaborating with a development team to develop web applications and tools with user-centric design. You'll work with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience using React. On our team, you'll work with the development team to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. Work with us as we shape systems to build mission critical software.You Have:2+ years of experience in software development with front-end programming languages and web development stacks such as Python, React, Node.js, Next.js, or CSSExperience with user requirement gathering to inform UI designsExperience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional teamKnowledge of API integrationTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degree in a CS or Computer Engineering field and 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degreeNice If You Have:Experience with container orchestration software such as KubernetesExperience with AWS cloud technologiesExperience with infrastructure as code languages such as TerraformAbility to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenanceClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
