Labor & Employment Counsel — Remote/Travel Ready

Eaton’s legal organization is seeking a passionate Counsel, Labor & Employment. The preferred location will be Beachwood, Ohio at Eaton's US HQ, but the team will consider remote talent with travel as needed.

This role partners with HR and business leaders to shape how Eaton scales its global workforce and protects lawful practices. Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Employment Counsel, you will lead labor relations, manage collective bargaining, and counsel across the employee lifecycle
