About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take ownership of its financial strategy and lead the finance function as the company scales. The CFO will be responsible for setting and driving the financial strategy, leading fundraising and investor relations, and ensuring that the finance team is equipped to support the company's growth. This role requires a strategic partner who can align capital allocation and investment with company goals, and who has a proven track record in raising institutional capital and managing investor and board relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and revenue recognition, and will be adept at translating financial data into strategic decisions. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive finance leadership, with a background in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software. The role demands a leader with a strong operational focus, experience in scaling finance functions, and a deep understanding of accounting operations, tax, treasury, and audit. The CFO will also be expected to build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, and to partner across the business on strategic initiatives. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a CPA, MBA, or CFA being a strong plus.
