DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department
- Incoming phone call distribution for the Sales Department
- Assist with Sales Department client reservations as needed
- Create Gift Certificates upon Director approval
- Meet with Walk in Site Visits ? collect pertinent information and show property if requested
- Assist Group Services with weekly Group Resume profiles
- Assist Group Services with the weekly group closeout and billing process
- Assemble Sales Department collateral as needed
- Prepare Sales Department handover packets once a Sales Manager receives a signed contract
- Follow up on leads & gather details over phone OR during sites visit for wedding room blocks
- Execute wedding room block proposals and contracts
- Build new room blocks in CI/TY for wedding room blocks
- Complete handover packets once the signed wedding room block contract is received
- Other assignments may be assigned by management as deemed necessary to provide excellent service.
