Job TitleOutside Sales RepresentativeJob DescriptionCompensation:Base Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000Uncapped earnings potential - get paid for your performance!Outside Sales Reps that completed their first year average over $135K, with our top rookies earning over $200K.Overall, veteran Stonhard Sales Reps average over $230K per year!20% of our US sales team made over $300,000 per yearEmployee Benefits:Stonhard invests in our people - 401K matching AND a 100% company sponsored pension plan, along with strong medical, dental & vision benefits programsWorld-class training and a commitment to ongoing career development and long-term growth40% of Stonhard's US sales team have been with the company for 10+ yearsYou'll have flexibility to work from your home office when not in the field meeting clientsSupplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay, Car Allowance, Reimbursement for Business ExpensesKey Responsibilities:Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and ordersProactively identify new business opportunities (ZoomInfo subscription provided) and implement effective sales solutions quicklyMaintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRMOversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with Stonhard's Construction Division approved installation crews (including occasional weekend/holiday installations)Qualifications:Two or more years of related sales B2B experience preferred, specializing in construction, industrial, or commercial marketsStrong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skillsAbility to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibilityComputer literacy required, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365Valid driver's license and reliable transportationJob InfoJob Identification 15073Job Category SalesJob Schedule Full timeLocations Las Vegas, NV, United States
