Warehouse Processing AssociateThe Warehouse Processing Associate is responsible for preparing and processing incoming shipments to support an efficient and streamlined receiving operation. This role focuses on breaking down shipments, evaluating inventory, and organizing products to ensure accuracy and readiness for downstream production and receiving processes.This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting production teams, and ensuring proper handling of all incoming materials.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen and process daily incoming shipments from UPS, USPS, freight carriers, and internal deliveriesReview purchase orders and bid notes to identify special handling instructionsEvaluate incoming items for condition, value, and accuracy and document discrepanciesSort inventory by condition, manufacturer, and part number into designated binsIdentify and scrap non-viable items, including photographing and documenting scrapResearch sales history and validate part numbers, descriptions, and pricing when necessaryPerform testing of items when requiredLabel bins accurately and associate items with correct PO or Bid numbersDisassemble units as directed to support processing workflowsRoute processed items to the appropriate next stage of production or receivingAssist in tracking and logging items submitted for pre-evaluationSupport pulling of unreceived items for sales ordersPerform other duties, tasks, or work as assignedQualificationsStrong technical aptitudeDetail orientedComputer literateAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailProblem-solving abilitiesGood verbal and written communication skillsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical school or related experience preferredPhysical DemandsFrequent reaching, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawlingFrequent walking and use of pallet jacks or hand trucksContinuous standing and repetitive hand motionFrequent lifting up to 60 pounds and continuous lifting up to 10 poundsConstant movement of pallets and bins throughout the workdayCompensation & CommissionThe recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour.
