Customer Sales Associate

Responsibilities Provide support to customers and determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons. Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings; offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales. Maintain current knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales. Interact with customers by phone and in person. Execute quote and order management processes with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure timely delivery, including entering quotes and invoices and following through on fulfillment. Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Inside sales, retail, or related experience. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with emphasis on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety. Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service even in challenging situations. Compensation and Benefits Annual Base Salary Range: $41,000.00 – $82,809.99; Incentive eligible: Yes; Commission eligible: No. Benefits kick in on day one for you and your family, including health insurance and wellness programs with incentives. Fertility coverage, adoption/surrogacy assistance, and 401(k) match up to 6% (plus 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution).
