Grubb Properties is seeking a Multifamily Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at our Lake Park Smyrna community. The role focuses on resident relations, leasing tasks, inspections, maintenance coordination, and financial duties to sustain high occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in multifamily management, hands-on property software experience (Yardi, Blue Moon, YieldStar), and a customer-centric, proactive approach in a Class A/Lease-Up setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr grubbproperties
