Job Description Job Description Opportunity Overview Collaborative care model involving Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to assist physicians in managing patient needs. Support from a virtual inbasket team. Strong partnerships with specialists throughout the organization. Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program available. Flexible scheduling options - full-time positions available for four days a week, with part-time roles and adjustable patient visit lengths. Opportunity for remote video consultations from home. Minimal physician on-call duties, all conducted virtually, with initial screening by an RN, NP, or PA. Numerous leadership and committee roles, with a strong focus on promoting quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Benefits of Joining Us Competitive starting salary ranging from $280,000 to $335,000, depending on experience. Forgivable loan of $200,000 available. Signing bonuses offered. Residency stipend of $1,000 per month for 12 months prior to the start date. Relocation assistance provided.
