What You’ll Do:
• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Spend 4 days per week in the field meeting with local businesses and building relationships
• Create and manage your own sales routes and territory
• Generate leads through calls, in-person visits, and networking
• Present and sell customized staffing solutions
• Partner with recruiting to deliver results for clients
• Grow and manage your own book of business

What We’re Looking For:
• Sales experience preferred—especially in business-to-business or service-based sales
• A strong mindset with a drive to win new business
• Confidence in making calls, setting meetings, and closing deals
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Entry-level candidates with strong drive and ambition will be considered
