What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient anesthesiology coverage during clinic and call shifts
• Manage night and weekend on-call duties, including beeper call for emergencies
• Cover scheduled shifts that include pre-ops, anesthesia administration, and post-op care
• Participate in assigned shifts, including 7 am-7 pm and 3 pm-7 am blocks
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care
• Adhere to hospital policies and mandatory documentation protocols
• Support ongoing coverage needs, including orientation and holiday shifts as scheduled

What You Need

Required:

• Valid California medical license
• Current DEA registration
• Board-certified or truly board-eligible in anesthesiology
• Minimum of 1 year recent anesthesiology experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Availability to work night and weekend shifts regularly
• Prior locum or inpatient anesthesia experience
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
