Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which they deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills and Qualifications Required: Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation regarding previous employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit. Compensation and Benefits Comprehensive 10‑week training program with starting hourly rate of $25.00/hour until assigned a route. Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route. Majority work a 4‑day workweek. Majority work no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.
