Financial Services Representative

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to assist customers in meeting their financial needs and contribute to the effective operation of the branch. Responsibilities Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices. Provide top‑tier customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries. Process and prepare loan applications. Take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closings for current renewal loans. Balance the assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and build a sense of community within the branch. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently, maximizing growth and following collection policies. Additional duties as required, which may include operating the cash drawer, marketing the branch, and supporting department initiatives. Qualifications / Requirements Demonstrate self‑confidence, strong organizational skills, and a history of kindness, compassion, and service to others. Show willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Act as a team player, pitching in when needed and accepting help. Possess basic computer skills. Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for independently transporting bank deposits and other job duties. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching. Occasionally lifts up to 5 lbs. and may exert up to 30 lbs. of force. Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration. Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature. Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically. Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
