Loan Officer Assistant

Seeking a proactive Loan Officer Assistant for a full-time remote position who will support high-volume loan production from application to closing, manage borrower communication, and ensure accurate file structuring to improve turn times. Key responsibilities Support Loan Officers with a high-volume pipeline from application to closing Review income, assets, and credit for accuracy before submission Manage borrower communication and follow up on conditions and documentation Required qualifications Minimum 3-5+ years of mortgage experience in a Loan Officer Assistant or similar role Experience supporting a high-producing Loan Officer or team Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans Encompass experience strongly preferred Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
