Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Provide acute care in the Emergency Department as a registered nurse, delivering high-quality patient assessments and interventions within a fast-paced environment. Responsible for managing emergency cases, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions upon arrival and determine priority levels for emergency care. Administer treatments, medications, and interventions according to physician orders and protocols. Complete accurate documentation of patient histories, treatments, and vital signs in the EMR system. Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other staff to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, care plans, and post-discharge instructions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized emergency department environment. Qualifications: Hold a valid Texas or Compact RN license. BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications required. Successfully complete CPI within 6 weeks of onboarding. At least 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-stress environment.
