Your role as a Leasing Specialist As a Leasing Specialist at Premier Development, your daily expectations will include engaging with potential tenants to showcase property features and benefits, ensuring their needs are met with a customer‑centric approach. You will conduct property tours, demonstrating your knowledge of the features while actively addressing any questions or concerns. Your role will involve preparing lease documents and processing applications. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property availability, providing timely updates to management. Throughout your day, you’ll harness your problem‑solving skills to address tenant issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships. SCHEDULE

Three (3) consecutive weekdays from 10am to 6pm/7pm and both Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
