You must meet the minimum qualification requirements as stated in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Specialized Experience Independently administering Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program activities, including managing EOO casework and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; Analyzing program or workforce data to identify trends, issues, or potential barriers and developing recommendations to improve program effectiveness; Coordinating and administering EEO-related processes and activities while maintaining accurate case documentation and records; Providing technical guidance and consultative support to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding EEO principles, policies, procedures, and workplace conflict prevention. Specialized experience: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS‑11 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Volunteer Experience Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment.
