Supplier Manufacturing Engineering ManagerOur Bethlehem facility is growing, and we are looking for a Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team!The Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for all material-related functions for their Business Unit, including purchasing, material planning and control, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and stockroom operations.This role will develop and execute the Materials Management strategy in alignment with organizational and program objectives, focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance. Leads a multi-disciplinary team, establishing clear goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.Location: Bethlehem, PA (on-site)Salary:$110,000 to $155,000Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in PA. Implement continuous improvement methods to increase inventory accuracy and reduce handling costs.Manage all inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, freight and transportation.Ensure compliance with export/import regulations, hazardous material requirements, and customer flow-down specifications.Oversee stockroom and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow, optimized layout, accuracy of transactions, and adherence to safety standards.
