Join the Staff Management | SMX team in Bethlehem, PA, as a Production Technician! We're hiring dependable, detail-oriented associates to join a pharmaceutical production and packaging team. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and benefits. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for qualified candidates. As a Production Technician, you'll support pharmaceutical packaging and production operations by preparing products, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and safety. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in following procedures, maintaining organized work areas, and working as part of a team in a regulated manufacturing environment. Daily cleaning in designated work area and other areas as needed. No pharmaceutical experience is required. We provide training, uniforms, and required personal protective equipment (PPE).Available Shifts:Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PMMonday-Friday, 2:45 PM - 10:45 PMPerks & Benefits: Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Medical / Dental Insurance. Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.50 / hourDuties:Package pharmaceutical products according to established procedures and quality standards.Complete required production documentation and records accurately.Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready work areas.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company procedures.Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.Assist with labeling, assembly, packaging, and product preparation activities.Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment, tools, and production areas.Support quality and compliance initiatives within the facility.Follow all workplace safety policies and PPE requirements.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.Perform additional duties as assigned.Position Requirements:Ability to work while standing or sitting based on assigned duties.Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
