• Engage directly with customers to build trust and solid relationships
• Manage and grow customer accounts through consistent communication and cellular and wireless product knowledge
• Educate customers on products and services while delivering an exceptional experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals with support and structured training
• Track interactions and progress while maintaining a high standard of professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in in-person customer service or sales
• A genuine passion for connecting with people and providing great service
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
• A Bachelor’s degree is helpful, but not required; ambition, drive, and a desire to grow your career are what truly matter
