Integrated Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about CRM, customer engagement, and creating marketing campaigns that drive measurable results? We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, and direct mail to increase member engagement and loyalty. What you’ll be doing Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns Partner with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors Manage projects from concept through launch Analyze campaign performance and optimize through testing and segmentation Drive customer engagement while delivering campaigns on time and within budget We’re looking for candidates with 3–5 years of CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing experience Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns Strong project management and analytical skills Knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance metrics Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Marketo, Unica, or similar tools Bonus points for Airline, travel, hospitality, or loyalty program marketing experience Experience working with marketing agencies and email service providers If you're interested in helping create engaging experiences for millions of loyalty members, I'd love to connect! #J-18808-Ljbffr Nashville Public Radio
